Well just a small update.  On December 26 I was admitted to CMC Medical Center.  I won't go into the full details but lets just say my sugar level was up around 900 which is WAY too high.  I spent 3 days there as the FANTASTIC team of doctors and nurses put up with me to get the level down.  So I have received a late Christmas present so to speak...Type 2 Diabetes.  I am adapting well but there is still a lot to adjust to.  Funny thing is I am the type that the sight of my own blood would make me almost pass out so I was a bit nervous about "can I actually give myself the insulin and do the blood tests."  LOL  I'm rocking at it however the finger tips are getting mad at me...
